Same day bookings are available for Umbrella and Beach Chairs before 11AM, for same day deliveries. Same day deliveries may not always be possible during popular times such as July 4th Weekend due to traffic and parking along 30A. Bonfires require two weeks notice due to Walton County requirements. If you are booking inside of two weeks for a bonfire, please give us a call and we will attempt to secure a permit for you and your crew

Do you require a deposit?

Only deposits required at this time are for the Bonfires to ensure Walton County Permits are secured for your desired Bonfire Date.

How do we return the items after we have used them?

We will happily pick up your equipment at the end of your rental period free of charge. At public beach accesses, your attendant will manage your beach chairs and will pick up upon departure.

Yes - Redfish Rentals only works with trusted processors who take your financial information and security very serious.

How will bad weather affect my rental service?

Inclement Weather: Reservations will not be refunded. Attendants will reopen the beach as soon as its safe for patrons to return to the beach. In the event that the coastal winds increase to a level that flying umbrellas become a risk to other patrons on the beach, we will shut the umbrella till winds decrease to a safe operating level. No refunds will be given if the attendant has to close the umbrellas. Safe operating levels are based off of weather apps and are at the attendant's discretion.

I can not find my Beach Attendant, what do I do?

We are sorry that you aren’t able to find the SWBSA attendant immediately. Sometimes the attendant may be near the water line assisting other customers and isn’t clearly visible immediately. If you do not see a lady or gentleman with “Beach Attendant” across the back of the shirt nearby, please just give us a call and we will make the necessary calls to managers to expedite your service.

Do note – the attendants will be present from 8AM to 5PM daily. The attendants also may be away on Lunch Break at 12 Noon.

What is Walton County's ghost chair policy?

Walton County currently has a ghost chair policy in effect for all public beaches regardless of the vendor. Should you need to leave the beach, the beach attendant will pick up any equipment left out for 30 minutes. Once you return, he will set out the equipment again for you. You may hold your spot with your personal belongings. ***Do note this is not a Redfish Rental's rule, as the attendants of South Walton Beach Service Association are under heavy scrutiny regarding ghost chairs by Walton County Code Compliance.
