Bonfire Cancellation Policy:
Canceling your bonfire reservation is simple and easy, please contact the Redfish Rental team by phone: 850.714.4180 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org, prior to your service date. You will be refunded the entire balance less the deposit and permit fee. All balances must be paid in full two days prior to the reserved date. Same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
Bonfire Weather Policy:
Considering the unpredictability of the weather on the gulf coast, the Redfish Team cannot refund after 2 pm on the day of your event. Should you decide to cancel, we will refund your balance less the deposit of $150 and permit fee. If the weather is not cooperating, we will try to move your reservation with a $125 permit fee. To make this request, please reach out 1 business day prior to your scheduled date. This request is also subject to availability; however, we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Should you like to adjust the times for the event, we are happy to accommodate prior to 2 pm on the day of the event. Please keep an eye on the 10-day forecast for weather conditions. May through October on the gulf coast is turtle nesting season. From time to time, the beach accesses might be become blocked due to a turtle nest. Should a turtle nest occur within your given location, the team will happily move locations for a $125 permit fee. Like the weather, we cannot control the turtles and a nest does not constitute a refund. Our team does its best to keep an eye on these situations.
